Hey-o! If you’re here, that means you probably snagged an Organized-ish Binder Kit. And if you DID get a binder kit, then carefully put your phone down for a sec and do a big crazy happy dance, because you’re about to get Organized-ish!
I am so proud of this collection of home management kits, and I can’t wait for you to dig into them. I use each and every one myself, and I know they are total life savers for me, so I genuinely hope you get that same benefit.
So before you hit PRINT and buy the prettiest binder you can find, here’s a few tips and inspo to make sure you rock these kits in the best way possible.
Printing Tips
All Organized-ish Binder Kits are printable, and you have lifetime access, meaning you can print, reprint, and reprint again for the rest of your life. This is especially helpful for the party, travel, school, and holiday planners! So to make sure you get the prints right the first time, here are a few pointers.
Always Click “Fit To Page”
Printers are all different, so to make sure your binder kits print exactly the way they were intended and nothing gets cut off, make sure you click the Fit To Page button on the printing options pop-up.
On some computers it may say it in a different way, but however it’s worded, make sure you tell your printer to shrink the document so it all prints evenly.
Choose Your Paper Wisely
There are all kinds of paper out there in the big bad world of office supplies, so your choice matters! I personally choose 32lb printer paper because it’s heavier than regular printer paper but not as heavy as cardstock.
You can definitely use whatever paper you have, just be mindful of ink bleeding on thinner paper, especially if you plan on printing front and back of a sheet.
Color Or Grayscale
It’s no secret that color ink is expensive, and that’s the main reason I kept the design so minimal. I wanted to make sure you got all the info you need on each page without all the extra fluff that eats up your ink supply. Plus, each kit rocks my signature color scheme, so everything is cohesive. (Except the holiday kit, it’s got classic reds, greens, and blues.)
If you don’t want to print in color, this kit is optimized so it can be printed in black and white. It’s totally up to you.
Printing Extra Pages
For some kits, like the Essential Bundle, the Moving Planner, and the Renovation Planner, you’ll want extra copies of pages for multiple room designs, extra contact information, and additional planning.
The kits are designed with only one of each page design, so my best advice is to print the whole kit, then go through the printed pages to see which ones you may need more of. Then go back into the document and print additional pages of only the ones you need.
If you need help printing only some parts of a PDF, here’s a tutorial for Windows users, and here’s a link for Macs.
Outsourcing Printing
I like to use Staples to print my own Binder Kits. It’s super easy to upload the document online to their website here, then they take care of the prints and just call you when they’re done. They can even punch holes for your binder!
*Make sure you click the FIT CONTENT TO PAPER option in the Media tab (where you choose your paper) so they shrink it down to fit.

FAQ’s
Can I use these kits in my business?
The Organized-ish Binder Kits are for trademarked and copyrighted for personal use only and not for resale or redistribution. However, if one of these kits will help you be a more organized business owner and you’re using it for yourself only, by all means, go for it!
Do I have to have the Essential Bundle Kit in order to purchase Add-On Kits?
Nope! Each kit is separate and can be used on it’s own. Even the Essential Kit can be purchased individually if you only want one component of it. I just sell the Essential Kit as a bundle because I believe these four kits are the perfect starter kit for getting your home and family organized…’ish.
Will you be coming out with more kits?
Yes! The Tax Prep Kit will be available from February through April, and the Spring Cleaning Kit will be available from March through May. Plus I have some big surprises in store for upcoming mini kits and expansion packs.

Is the Organized-ish Collection only available on Etsy?
For now, yes. We weighed all our options and we decided Etsy is the best home for the Organized-ish family at the moment. If for some reason you are uncomfortable with shopping on this platform, contact us for other options.
Can I get a refund?
I will be happy to refund your purchase if the issue is directly related to print quality, for example, a major mistake or file corruption.
Otherwise, due to the nature of the immediate digital file, I am unable to process refunds in accordance with the Etsy policies I have agreed to.
Can I share my Organized-ish Binder on social media?
Definitely! I love seeing Organized-ish binders on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. It’s so fun to see the creative ways the binder gets put together, and I’d love to see yours once it’s all set up!
