Are you jumping up and down and screaming in excitement right now? If you aren’t, you haven’t heard the news yet… Cricut Design Space just added the ability to bookmark fonts! This has been a long-awaited update request, and it’s finally here! I just played around with the feature and I wanted to share all the deets with you asap so you can save time when you’re creating home organization labels. Here’s a quick tutorial for how to bookmark your go-to Cricut Design Space fonts.

The New Font Bookmark Feature In Cricut Design Space

This function could not be any easier, so I promise you’ll get the hang of it in seconds. All you have to do is a add a text box to your Design Space canvas and type a word. Go up to the top menu bar and select a font just like you normally would. But before you click the font to change it, look to the right of the font title and you’ll now see a bookmark icon. Click that icon and it will turn green. Your font is now saved as a favorite!

To access the list of your bookmarked fonts later, just click the tab in the font menu that says Bookmarks. That will show you filtered list of just the ones you saved. You can search and filter within the Bookmark tab, too, which will be great if you save a bunch of fonts over time.

Remember to uncheck the Kerned Fonts Only to see all the fonts. If you forget to uncheck that box, you won’t see all the fonts you saved, just the ones that are pre-kerned.

The Fonts I’m Bookmarking First

Sure, I was testing out this feature so I could share it here on the blog, but I definitely saved my most-used fonts already for my own personal use. I use my Cricut machines for all kinds of crafts and projects, but my main focus is making home organizers and labels. So I went ahead and saved my favorite label fonts so I can access them quickly and easily.

Here’s the fonts I’ve already bookmarked:

  • Babette
  • Base Camp
  • Bondoni STD Poster
  • Dear John
  • Futura LT Condensed
  • Normande Roman
  • Scotch Roman Std Roman
  • Tuesday
  • Typewriter

What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to? 👀

Next time you head to a big concert or sports event, here’s your quick list of what to stash in your bag:

1. Clear bag. Check stadium-specific rules for sizing.
2. Portable fan, especially in the summer
3. Portable charger (or two!)
4. Mini flossers so your selfies aren’t ruined
5. Hand sanitizer, because…eww
6. Headache meds, just in case
7. RFID wallet for safety
8. Deodorant wipes and sunscreen packs
9. Permanent marker for lucky autograph moments 🤩

Share this with your concert bestie then plan your next trip! 🙌🏼

3 Must Haves For An Organized Nursery: 1. Double 3 Must Haves For An Organized Nursery:

1. Double height clothing rods. Baby clothes are very short so you can maximize a closet by adding a rod extender. This one is from Target and hangs over the top bar to give you double the space temporarily. Plus, no drill required so it’s renter friendly!

2. A “Too Small” Bin. Babies and toddlers grow out of clothes so quickly, and a lot of times we don’t have time to pack up the outgrown clothes until later. Add a bin to the closet for dropping in clothes that are too small as you come across them so they’re all together for easy packing or donation when you have some free time.

3. Door organizers. These are perfect for small nurseries because they add extra storage without taking up any space. Use them for small blankets, onesies, socks, bins, toys, and hygiene supplies.

✨ Share this with an expecting parent so they can prepare the most organized-ish nursery before Baby arrives. 🥰
